What type of documents can you scan?
I only have one box to scan. Can you scan small orders and send me the images?
Do I need to prepare my documents?
All documents are prepped on site by Cyclone before the scanning.
No need to remove any staples. We supply a Guide and template for recording the file descriptions for indexing.
What happens to my documents after the scanning process?
After scanning you have 3 options:
(a) Documents can be returned to you
(b) Documents can be storage at our facility until you are happy the are no longer required
(c) Documents can be security shredded at our premised by Cyclone Shredding Limited
How do you return the images to me?
Images are returned in a digital format that suits you PDF/A, PDF SEARCHABLE, TIFF OR JPEG via secure file transfer portal.
Do you supply document storage boxes?
Yes, we supply strong storage boxes with lids which come flat packed and are easily assembled. Our boxes come in packs of 10. €39.50 + VAT per pack (€3.95 per box).
We can deliver anywhere in Ireland.
How do you track my boxes?
Our tracking software system works by utilising barcode technology.
This system enables us to track all boxes from collection point through to the exact position at which each box is stored in our facility.
I’m a small business is there a minimum quantity of boxes I need to store?
What is your standard delivery service
Orders received before 12 noon are standard next working day delivery. We also offer a same day “rush order” service in the Dublin Area.
How can you ensure complete confidentiality
Boxes are stored in security-controlled warehouses, protected by intruder alarms, smoke detectors and CCTV. Documents are monitored and managed by our advanced barcode- based tracking system which provides a comprehensive audit trial that ensures full compliance required by data protection legislation. Our systems provide a clear audit trail for every box and file movement.
