CONFIDENTIAL DESTRUCTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES

 

When your records reach their end of life “Retention Deadline” and can be eliminated from storage, Cyclone Records Management can confidentially destroy them by shredding the contents and then the destroyed material is sent for recycling.

Cyclone Archive & Scanning will provide you with a “Certificate of Destruction” once destruction has taken place. 

One of our very own drivers from our Cyclone fleet will collect your data and transport it directly to our secure facilities in North Park, Finglas, Dublin 11.

DESTRUCTION DATES FOR BOXES

 

Depending on your company requirements you may want to have boxes destroyed after certain dates.  If you wish to avail of this service, please send a list of the box barcode numbers and destroy dates to archive@cyclone.ie

This information will be uploaded to your accounts, and we will advise you as these destroy dates are reached.

You then have the option to continue with storage or pull for confidential destruction.
