Yes, we supply strong storage boxes with lids which come flat packed and are easily assembled. Our boxes come in packs of 10. €39.50 + VAT per pack (€3.95 per box). We can deliver anywhere in Ireland.

Our tracking software system works by utilising barcode technology. This system enables us to track all boxes from collection point through to the exact position at which each box is stored in our facility.

Orders received before 12 noon are standard next working day delivery. We also offer a same day “rush order” service in the Dublin Area.

Boxes are stored in security-controlled warehouses, protected by intruder alarms, smoke detectors and CCTV. Documents are monitored and managed by our advanced barcode- based tracking system which provides a comprehensive audit trial that ensures full compliance required by data protection legislation. Our systems provide a clear audit trail for every box and file movement.

Every company on the Register of Companies in Ireland must keep adequate accounting records and hold these records for at least six years after the last date of the accounts. If you are unsure if records need to be kept we suggest you consult with your auditors or tax consultants.

Email us a list of the boxes you no longer wish to store. We will organise to pull them from storage and security shred them at our premises via Cyclone Shredding Ltd. Certificate of destruction issued.
